After joining the company as an Account Executive in late 2010, Charlotte quickly showed a natural flair for management. Her ability to get the best out of colleagues, and the most out of clients, saw her promoted to Account Manager in record time and named employee of the year for 2011.

As the agency’s first digital native Account Manager, Charlotte played a key role in developing our Marketing Cloud offering. She managed our very first campaign using Eloqua automation software, for Iron Mountain Europe in 2011, and a string of commercially successful projects followed for brands like TalkTalk Business, Atos, Siemens, Ingredion, KPMG and Merck Animal Health. 

As digital has risen in importance at Stein IAS, so has Charlotte, with various clients depending on her, not only for successful campaign execution, but for strategic marketing guidance. Last year her influence was clearly being felt across the Atlantic at Iron Mountain HQ.

When they asked us to pitch for their US digital marketing account there was only one person we wanted to lead it. This responsibility is not given lightly, and Charlotte joined a very select group that day, of which she is comfortably the youngest ever member.

Needless to say we won the business, and with a string of other US accounts growing fast Charlotte was asked to move to New York to head up an account group including Merck Animal Health, Cushman & Wakefield and Ingredion.

Outside of work, Charlotte keeps herself busy by socialising with friends, going to the gym and playing netball for her local team. She also has a keen interest in both appreciating and creating art.
