Chief Content Strategist (Americas)
Mike’s credo, to paraphrase Marshall McLuhan, is that there is no basic difference between education and entertainment. And so, Mike adds: you can’t have one without the other.
Consequently, after a long journalism and publishing career, he’s led more high-tech CEOs in musical comedy revues than any other living person.
Mike guides content marketing strategy for Stein IAS (Americas) clients, helping evolve new forms of B2B value exchange. He’s written or edited large numbers of microsites, white papers, video treatments, articles, webinar scripts, and even an interactive app or two.
Before Stein IAS, Mike was a B2B media executive who graduated from writing articles to designing and developing new content approaches and business models. He’s won three Neal Awards, two as founding publisher/editorial director of InternetWeek. Mike created TheNewsShow.tv, the first daily news video blog from a B2B media company, which debuted on June 13, 2005.
Sadly, he has not been called upon to write funny songs for Stein IAS clients. But you can see tech CEOs sing (badly) here.
