Account Manager

As a global Account Manager at Stein IAS you will be managing clients at the heart of the world’s most ambitious B2B Agency. Your performance will be measured on living the Agency values and active role in the growing profitability of your client account group. You will have daily contact with Agency specialists and clients in both formal and informal capacities and will be adept at communicating across all levels.

Responsibilities

GENERAL

  • Demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills
  • Maintain strong client relationships at strategic and operational levels
  • Guardian of the strategic Mi3 integrity within each client account
  • Effective macro implementation of each client program
  • Ability to judge and prioritize across multiple client workloads
  • Liaise with and integrate all relevant Agency specialists across multiple offices
  • Ability to handle required revenue volumes
  • Accurate and timely commercial management

COMMERCIAL MANAGEMENT

  • Managing the Account Group to exceed £1m/$1.5/€1.3m annualized client revenue
  • Maximize the profitability of each client account
  • Lead role in the origination of monthly / quarterly billing plans
  • Confident handling of the Agency’s global rate card and charging structure
  • Liaise with production and Mi3 specialists to delivery accurate budgets and quotes
  • Master the Scope of Works part of the commercial process
  • Ongoing management of accurate billing / revenue plans
  • Lead weekly productivity meetings and ensure associated reporting is completed
  • Accountable for strong time, cost and change management processes
  • High performance regarding the delivery of annual billing cycles
  • Accountable for accurate monthly revenue recognition
  • Manage the monthly client budget review cycle

  PROJECT MANAGEMENT

  • Professional management of the macro implementation programs across multiple client accounts and associated Agency resource across multiple offices
  • Manage the quality control of the Agency’s processes and outputs
  • Strong leadership in the time and cost management of project delivery
  • Excellent communication skills, both internally and externally
  • Support account revenue growth from high client satisfaction

CLIENT MANAGEMENT

  • Win the hearts and minds of your clients
  • Own client relationships at an operational level with the ability to hold good relationships at more senior and strategic levels across the clients’ sales and marketing structures
  • Demonstrate versatility in client management approaches based on individual client personalities
  • Show good strength of character and prioritize difficult situations first

Qualifications

  • Previous account management experience
  • Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role
  • Willingness and ability to travel
